Desmos Guide

Desmos is a massive advantage on the SAT - you need to learn how to use it, and when to use it. I’ve watched basically every Desmos video on YouTube, and below are some videos (and other resources) that will help you develop your skill.

For each problem in these resources, try to solve it yourself (using Desmos if you can) before anything else. Once you’ve taken your best shot, check out the solution and try to pick up any Desmos solutions/tips/tricks, even if you got it right. You need to see how Desmos can be applied for the harder problems. That being said: the "Desmos" solution will not be the best solution every time, but the goal is to learn (and practice) our options for test day.

1. Intro to basic and advanced Desmos techniques by a very competent person

2. Several difficult problems where Desmos is extremely useful

3. Another set of questions. Less advanced Desmos operations. Incidentally, I find this guy’s humor extremely cringey.

4. More difficult math problems with good Desmos solutions

5. Full test with Desmos solutions, just to prove how much is Desmos-able
